My husband and I live here in Belize and have been making wildlife/people documentary films
for the past 20years. We are greatly concerned about the exploitation of wildlife at Maruba Resort Lodge, which is giving Belize a bad reputation. Pickling snakes in rum and selling them to tourists is outrageous. Being we portray Belize as a country that is working hard to preserve its Natural Heritage it undermines our work as wildlife filmmakers and conservationists. We encourage your department to end this exploitation. We know how prompt you are about these situations and we congradulate you.
